Can staff use it?
Yes. Owners can create staff accounts with different access levels for sales, stock, credit and management.
Do I need Play Store?
No. Xish works in the browser and can be installed as a PWA on supported phones and computers.
What happens if subscription expires?
Your records remain safe, but operational access may be restricted until renewal. Expired businesses are hidden from public search.
Does Xish hold buyer money?
No. Buyers contact sellers directly. Xish helps discovery and communication, not escrow.
Can I hide my products?
Business owners can control public listing visibility from their business profile/settings.
Can I use Xish on more than one phone?
Yes. Paid cloud accounts are designed for multi-device use by the owner and allowed employees.
Can I use Xish without internet?
The installed web app can open on supported browsers, but cloud sync, login, payments and public search need internet.
Can staff see my profit?
Only roles with report access should see business reports. Sales staff are limited to sales work.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Owners can choose another plan from Billing, subject to employee limits.
Can I export my data?
Owners can download a business backup from the app.
Can I delete my business account?
Contact Xish support for account deletion. A proper deletion workflow should be confirmed before full commercial launch.
Can Xish recover unpaid customer credit?
No. Xish records customer credit and reminders, but it does not act as a debt collector.
